Our instrument the Envic-Sense Environmental Toxic Analyzer is designed to effectively
detect and measure small amounts of heavy metals in water, soil, air and food.
The Envic-Sense Environmental Toxic Analyzer is small and portable, easy to operate
not only in a laboratory but also outdoors in a field environment.
The unique and filed for application patent is that the whole necessary fluent system as well as a special developed pump unit and a sensor chip is located to one discardable unit with the size of a small match box. After analyse the discardable unit is replaced with a new. Thus no cleaning procedures between the analyses are required and the risk for contamination between samples is eliminated. Our instrument reduces the cost for one analysis to one third of the present cost. Our instrument represents easy to use high-tech and possible to bring outdoors
in the field for measurements directly in the environment.
The product is generic and can be used for detection of practically every substance provided that we can make it fasten to our sensor. Today we can detect mercury. A sensor for arsenic is under development and we plan to develop sensors for other heavy metals and toxic compounds and other compounds such as explosives, narcotics, virus, DNA etc.
The picture shows one of the prototypes. A preliminary serial is under development during spring 2010 in collaboration with our collaborators.

The graph in the picture shows a positive response from
mercury from the Envic-Sense Environmental Toxic Analyzer.
